Technology is a big part of the inner workings of your classroom. However, sometimes, technology doesn't work like we need it to. If something goes wrong with any technology in your classroom and you can put in a technology help request. To do this, log into help desk from the Eduphoria main menu.
Once you have logged in, you should see a screen like this.
Click on the icon that best represents the trouble area.
Fill out the form that is given. If it has a property of McKinney ISD tag on ( barcode with 6 digits), add that as well so technology knows what device they are helping you with.
Once you have filled everything out, hit submit request in the bottom right hand corner.
This will automatically submit your request to the technology department and someone will be in touch soon.
